Purchased PCM in Oct 12,2024 After item came it was defective when I claimed for the warranty and asked for replacement they put up a huge number of obstacles to avoid solving the problem.I returned item for replacement or refund and they sent the same item back same serial number same result. Contacted back and was told to take to a mechanic and pay for further diagnostics. They bought time so they could rip off a disabled elder for 1530.00 dollars buy at your own risk. Scammers Horrible customer service they've learned the art of putting people off to rip them off. Sad they continue to get away with this behavior
We ordered the new computer based on the VIN for the car. However, once we installed it, the car will not start. Switch back to the old computer and it starts right up. Not sure what's going on but not happy.
Installed the PCM and had the keys reprogrammed. The truck started and ran perfectly.

Ordered the ecm on Saturday evening got it by Friday they sent all information need to install by email and how to rekey the vehicle unhooked ground on unit took off old ecm put refurbished ecm on hooked ground back up went through the sets they sent by email after about 45 mins was running like new with zero problems
Seen they had some bad reviews from what I can till was great experience for less then 1/4 the cost thanks

I was surprised to find out my ECU was lower in prices compared to competitors as well as it didn't require for me to return my old unit. Turns out my Ford PATS system had an issue, not my ECU. Now I have a backup ECU.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
