Easy to choose and easy check out. I have ordered twice from them and both times they provided an excellent product. The first one I didn't get instructions on inital setup but a quick phone call and all was made right. If I need another module I will go to Flagship One first.

AWESOME AMAZING PEOPLE!

I purchased a computer through them and it showed up very promptly and in great packaging but it turns out that wasn't my issue and they were very convenient and helpful in the return process and it was very simple! If I ever need another computer for a vehicle I will definitely be coming back here.

Extortion company!

This has to be the worst company I've ever delt with! I purchase a unit in September and come November it crashed!. It left me stranded at a gas station. The garage said it was dead! It wouldn't talk period! No codes anything. Luckily! I had my old ecm which was said to be bad but it wasn't! The shop pulled up the info in itright away and my car was back in business!. Now for the break down! There warranty is only 30 days cash back and lifetime limited warranty just swapping you with junk!. Now they were going to send me one in place for another one! $229!. I said I don't need another one! I'm out of the 30 day window period!. We now here comes the break down of the dirtiest company! The employee asked me I MUST take down all my bad reviews! Talk about Blackmail and extortion! She said it's not the company saying it it's from the employee I've delt with! I told her that's extortion! So I gave a 3 star instead of one she did get my money back! Shocked the $#*! out of me!. So BEWARE and I went through BB of NY and they contacted me finally cause they quit communicating with me!. So please people don't use this company and save your headache! Flagship One is a joke!

I asked about my programing my keys. I figured that own my own. Then I STILL haven't heard back why my remote start doesn't work after Installing the new computer. I asked if this was left out? Never got a replay back! My remote start will not work. Old computer did.

Don't order from them!

On ECM they don't say about updating units until you get the unit and it won't work. They units say programmed and updated but there not updated just programmed so now you have to pay more money to have it updated at your car dealer? They say take it to a mechanic but all mechanics can't do it and it's a butt load of money to get it updated! Done but from them!

THEY ARE LIERS

TOOK ABOUT 30 DAYS AFTER ORDERED PLUS 4 OR 5 PHONE CALLS AND MUTLIBLE EMAILS AND TWO OR THREE WEEKS AFTER MONEY CLEARED THE BANK BEFORE I RECEIVED MY ECM. I ORDERED 3 WEEKS BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND RECEIVED IT 5 DAYS AFTER TURKEY DAY.

It Lives Again!
January 8, 2025

Long story short, my ECM got wet after an extended "haul out" in order to replace much of the suspension components.

The ECM Iordered from Flagship One arrived and after it was programmed, my car started without issue.

I wasn't sure if I had chips in my keys or if the car has a passive anti theft system, but either way the replacement ECM needed to be programmed. Which means I had to to it to the dealership and pay an additional $130 for the programming. So be aware of the potential for that in your situation.

That said, I am totally happy with having my car back and am grateful that Flagship One had the needed ECM!

The first unit I bought went well, no issues. The second unit 2003 yukon with 6.0 engine would not start vehicle after following all procedures to the letter. Had to put original unit back in just starting and move vehicle out of my way. I will be contacting you after the holidays.
