Very Slow shipping, customer service is ok but if you need a component quickly because you have customers, I'd use someone else, the really didn't seem to care that I had customers for their electronics. About 2 weeks is their average to get an ECM/PCM.

The ECM for a 2013 Silverado I purchased was a very easy process. It came with the VIN pre programmed into the unit and the customer service was keeping me informed through email every stage of the process. Also Flagship was the cheapest ECM I could find not many if any place online will test the Unit and program the VIN for the price they are offering.

Your customer service sucks they do not return phone calls and somebody screwed up my dates so that put down a longer time for me to wait when I tried to complain about that and prove my point I was just shoved in the corner and told to wait that sucks
Let's say when ordering an ECM. The customer is not subject to use their bad ECM as a core. We received the ECM, and it looked liked the housing was cleaned up. The screws used to hold it together we rusty, and a couple the screw heads were stripped on top. The original order took to long. Was told they have received a bunch of orders, and were backed up. Not sure if this one is even correct for my Dakota. The truck still doesn't start, and I have had no time to look into it. It's a secondary truck. Thank God I wasn't needing a vehicle ASAP. I'm going to have to find some way to check this ECM. Once I can make them time to figure out what I have. Then I'll see about a return. All I know for sure is the original ECM had one issue. It wouldn't start. Now I have it won't start, and no fuel pump working.
I'm rating a little early. So far so good. The begining process was easy. We'll have to rate againg after ECM arrives.

Lifetime guarantee.? I have been trying to resolve the issue from the time I installed and had the ECM replaced with the one I bought from you. Well hopefully you will take it back and I can move on from this. It's cost me over $380. And it's all come right back to the ECM That you claim you had re-programmed. You programmed a Bad ECM or you just sandblasted a junkyard one (still has the junkyard numbers on it)and sent it to me..

The ecm that we got works fine to drive the flatbed towtruck. But as soon as we turn on the pto it will kill the engine. I ask flagship tech if there was anything they can do and they said no. So now im out a lot of money
This module replacement was exactly what was needed. I did use the old EPROM to maintain current programming, at least until further troubleshooting is complete. Came quickly and installed quickly as well.
I ordered a computer from this company and a couple days later they reached out to let me know they had a computer they were gonna test for my vehicle. Then told me when it shipped. I received the ecu and it works like it should and I been driving my car ever since. Thank you flagship one for getting me back on the road!

After two months of waiting, I finally received my package.
I find it surprising that the package remained at Flagship for a month without any movement or communication.
Ordered my ecm it worked when it arrived, my car didn't even start anymore, wth the old one, the new one arrived but threw more codes that I didn't have with the previous one. I reached back out to the company still no response it's been 1 month
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
