When I received the ECM I installed it and found it to still have an issue with weak starting and it threw a code P0315 crankshaft position sensor needs relearning so not really plug and play!
Nobody around seems to program or able to program older model vehicles and these guys came in with the win and programmed the computer to my vin number and had fast shipping! Mechanics installed and started right up! Thank you flagship1 employees

We ordered a pcm.we explained the key and key reader wont work with my pcm.and pcm is bad. We got pcm and were told get a locksmith or go to the dealer.isuzu is out of business and has no dealers.if they were i would not have needed flagship one.so no dealer and cant get a locksmith to fix it.so i have a pcm that supposibly works,that my warranty is being used up on.before i can make it run.talked to flagship one and all they say is get a locksmith.go to a dealer or buy used from a junk yard is my suggestion
First, I have used Flagship One before, just like then they came through with flying colors. This time however presented them with the problem of finding a unicorn as my ECU was NOT repairable and a long discontinued part. It took them a bit to find one, by no means too long, rebuilt it and got it shipped out to me. I took it to the Dealership, which BTW was unable to "find" the "anywhere", the Tech installed it and my car fired right off with NO additional programming required. Can't ask for more than that from Flagship One, simply put, "It Worked!"

My Chrysler Concorde would keep stalling intermittently. I found out that one of the fixes was a replacement PCM. I called Flagship One and gave them the vin and number off of the original PCM and they sent me a replacement. It was Plug and Play and it worked perfectly.

The communications with this company was very lacking and the order time to the delivery time was extremely long and I lost the customer over it very dissatisfied. How long it took
Took a while to get programmed but it shipped immediately and I got it sooner than promised. Called to ask about my order and I actually had a real live person!
The Newly programmed PCM functioned perfectly - truck started right up. No "Relearning" prcedures and no extra work. (You might want to start the vehicle - mine was a 1012 Ram 1500 - and do NOT touch the accelrator. Let it idle down. When it warms up, start it again. Viola!

Everything went well with the install and the programming of the keys. The company only charge me $150 to come out and program them to a new case and worked well.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
