Everything went well with the install and the programming of the keys. The company only charge me $150 to come out and program them to a new case and worked well.

Told ecms we're in stock, not true wound up waiting months for a customer just for them to say I don't have it send yours in and we'll fix it, second time I used them had the exact same thing happen after waiting a month again. Horrible communication

Beat up part and jb weld on it and it won't work. Wasted 1.5 hours trying to get the vats to work and gave up reinstalled my old pcm for now. I've sent emails for help and it's been awhile and no response from them.

Sometimes very good communications, sometimes nothing. My product was expected to be shipped and received the following week, but when I was contacted 10 days later the product wasn't even shipped yet. It finally arrived a few days later.
The customer service was very good. The girl who help me out was excellent. I didn't give 5 stars just because the delivery didn't arrived in the time frame supposed, but more than that, I would absolutely buy again from them if necessary
Took weeks to get my ecm. The website says a few days for shipment. Although I got my ecm I wasn't satisfied with the timeline of shipping.
Ordering was very easy. Clear and concise. Got exactly what I asked for in a very short time frame. These guys are truly legit. Thank you Flagship One. They provided me with a (PROGRAMMED) computer for a 97 Cadillac Eldorado, something no one else could do. No shops had the software to program my existing computer because GM dropped it and no longer supported it because of its age. Declared it obsolete. Back on the road again.

I understood all of the numbers on the computer needed to match. And that they needed to be matched to the Vin number. And this would create a plug-and play scenario.
The computer I received was off by one number (letter). When I questioned that I was told that that letter designated the revision. And that I had the most updated revision. However, after plugging it in the car would not start. I was told to take it to a mechanic so that they could flash it. But I understood that's what I had just paid for.
So I'm running on the original computer. Well, the flagship computer sits on the shelf. Because no mechanic in my area wants to touch it and reflash. They have told me that if that's what the computer needs then I should just bring the car in with the original computer and they can reflash the original computer.

Great experience. Because of Flagship One Inc., We got our 2004 Dodge Stratus running again. Did take a little longer, but we ordered it during the Holidays, once the Holidays were over in no time at all. The greatest thing they were to able send right to the garage where the car was repaired. A+

Had good experiance with first 2 ECU but had bad ECU on a charger that I had to have replaced 3x but still not working, would not refund just give me partial credit for future purchase. Ended up oredering ECU through different company & no problems, installed & ran perfectly, has been gone several Mo. With no issue. So your warranty dept. needs some work!

I was having an issue after installing the PCM and contacted support about it through email. To date support has never replied and I had to take the time to resolve the issue on my own.

We've ordered several modules from here and none have worked. Have to get them from the dealer every time. Get the run around every time we ask for a replacement or refund. They request a code, how could I get a retrieve a code from a vehicle that will not run because the ECM does not work, you can't.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
