Lead time was a little long, but understandable for 94 Honda Del sol ECU. Plug and play as described, eliminated my no starts on humid/rainy days.

What time I got it? He's an installation. It's absolutely a plug and play device. My few mileage is up my smoking and emissions are down back to normal and the 02 cents are like one-off. Amongst many other things thank you

It took an extremely long time for us to get the product only to find out it wasn't program properly and I had to spend over a thousand dollars to get reprogrammed, not very happy!

Had to wait longer then they stated to even get it shipped from there warehouse they claimed it was being programmed but that took a week,and then when I did get it it was a used sandblasted scrap yard refurbished and then I had to pay customs because they claimed this used item was 400 plus dollars so another 70 plus bucks for customs from Canada post not worth all this,go to a scrap yard and get one I would be extremely surprised if they reprogrammed it because it doesn't take days to do it like they claimed to me when I called them,absolutely not impressed and for me to be this unimpressed says a lot I always find something good on the opposite side of a story this was just terrible experience and first time ever I feel completely ripped off for what it was worth
After hoping that I found a reliable source for remanufactured control modules it turns out to not be true. As a shop owner and master technician I have needs for modules on a regular basis. I've purchased a few from flagship one in the past with no issues. My latest attempt resulted in numerous e-mails and phone calls to find the status of the order to no avail. After threatening legal action, I then received an e-mail that stated that the module was not available at the agreed price but rather one could be procured for twice the price. I called and spoke to two different individuals,before placing the order, to inquire if the module was indeed available. They stated and assured me it was. It was only after multiple weeks of no communication that I threatened legal action and a chargeback as the module was paid for via company credit card. I do not believe this company is an actual re-manufacturer but rather a marketing company. I also firmly believe that they could care less about their clients. This is evident by their lack of concern for issues that arise. Very disappointed.
They said they fixed it but the car is still giving the same indications. How do you really know they fixed it? No bench check done before it after.

Order took longer to get than website indicated. The item was exactly what I ordered.
Took a long time to get my order. Then the pcm won't work in my car unless keys are programed to pcm. Wasted money could have got brand new o e with keys for about same price. Not happy about the experience

Ordering was easy enough unfortunately the first unit they programmed failed testing. After that it was 9 more days before my unit shipped. My customer was not happy.
I'm very pleased with the part and the delivery. They did take a couple extra days, but I did order around the holiday.

Very knowledgeable & profession staff & ordering process. Installation was done by local Chevy dealer. This was coupled with a Dashboard instrument cluster replacement as the old Tach was also bad.

Long lead time with little install instructions. Lots of emails saying sorry we are late.
No communication from company at all, it took some time before I received the ECM but as for the programming it seemed to work fine.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
