Had misfire code on Dodge Ram. Traced to the engine computer. Sent the computer to a company that was supposed to fix it, but that didn't happen. Ordered reman computer from Flagship1, easy direct install and the problem was fixed.

I ordered a pcm for a ford truck. I received the product and the truck runs fine but now the abs light stays on because the vin # in the pcm does not match the abs. Before the sent the module, 3 different times they asked for the vin and still didnt program it in. They wont send me another one to resolve the problem. They want me to return the one they sent, so they can fix it. My problem is that this is a company truck that works everyday and cant sit for a month for them to fiddle f**k around

I was very happy with my new PCM. I bought this through Ebay. I was skeptical at first. Ive heard some negative reviews from different forums in the past. I decided to try on my own. I got the PCM in the mail as promised with my programmed por of keys. It was very easy to install and got my 2003 Mazda 6 3.0 up and running.

Do not believe their advertised shipping times if you are outside of the USA. I was charged $105USD for shipping to Canada that took 18 business days (23 days in total). The item was shipped via USPS "International Priority Flat Rate Envelope". The cost to consumers in the USA is $30.35 for this level of service, yet Flagship One charges $105USD for shipping to Canada. This is a huge ripoff and when I asked for a refund for the shipping because of the delays, they refused to give me one. Their customer service is very poor too.

Hassle free.Gave them my VIN it was that easy. Price was reasonable. Received my new ECM in a timely manner. No further programming needed to be done.install in the truck, turn the key and go.

Advertise plug and play you don't mention a crank relearn which cost more money at a mechanic shop. And also when I did ask for help the response times was days to more than a week to respond 🙃
