I had communication codes did some research and some hands on diag on the PCM and found out it was bad I found flagship with a n online search gave them the Vin number of my vehicle. They programmed a PCM got it in the mail, a couple weeks later, plugged it in, besides having to relearn my throttle position sensor everything worked as should very pleased and happy with the outcome.

I have contacted Flagship One Inc, with a problem with their Engine Control Module, they sent me a RMA request which I think was asking me what was wrong, describe it, guess what is wrong, and how should it work... I have not been contacted from them since filling out this RMA request nor has any technical person called or emailed me. I do not know if they are sending another module or if they want the one they sent me to be mailed back in. The person I talked with was of some Asian area and her speaking with me was at best hard to understand, so maybe she said something that I could not understand. Waiting for someone to call or email...
Always kept me updated with the part I order and got it before the time expected,I will gladly order more parts when need it, thank you.

There customer service is awesome and they are very good about updating you on your order but when I purchased my pcm they were under staffed and it took a good 3 to 4 weeks to even ship my and receive my pcm. Not there fault completely but it was a bit of a long time to wait for a pcm. Having said all that I would buy from them again.

Ordering was fine the ECM works great. What didn't like is I had to call multi time to find out were my part was and it took nearly 3 weeks to get it.
Web site is not accurate//upto date with correct pricing. After bringing it to their attention they indicated they would fix it and appreciated the feedback. I've ordered the part I needed and hopefully everything will go well. Update. Received part but unfortunately it did not resolve my problem. Turned out to be Tipm. I was able to return item for a full refund minus the programing fee no. That's customer service.I recommend Flagship1 without question

I was a little skeptical at first because of mixed reviews, but Flagship came through. There was a delay from the supplier so my part was on back order about 30 extra days. The Accounts Manager, Princess C. Got involved and another person, Vance A. Kept me in the loop with periodic messages. When the part arrived…it was tripled package and worked as promised. All in all I was very satisfied.
