I was a little skeptical at first because of mixed reviews, but Flagship came through. There was a delay from the supplier so my part was on back order about 30 extra days. The Accounts Manager, Princess C. Got involved and another person, Vance A. Kept me in the loop with periodic messages. When the part arrived…it was tripled package and worked as promised. All in all I was very satisfied.
I ordered a PCM with Key, but received it without. And the order was eventually shipped much later than was projected. I was reimbursed the difference, but overall not a great experience.

I haven't been able to program the keys yet. I ordered the new CPU for a 2005 Ford Fusion and when I put in the part number it shows on the reader as a 08/09 with a 4 cylinder and I have a V6
They were very friendly and kept me updated every step of the way and told me what I could expect and sent reminders about activating my warranty

It took over 3 weeks to get my unit. It's not what's advertised. After I installed, it worked great.
Ecm did not work had to put the original back in after which the car started.

I bought a new computer for my truck, installed it and the truck wouldn't start, put the old one back in and it fired right up. Called you guys and was told I needed to do some key process that would initialize the new computer, they said they would send it to my email, it has been days and no email...gonna call again next week to see what's up. But thus far bought a new computer, it didn't work, and I don't have the key initialization thing for it.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
