Purchased a plug and play PCM, but didn't it didn't work. Customer service had me try a relearn for the Immobilizer key but it didn't work. Then they had me disconnect the battery for 45 minutes and try the relearn procedure and that didn't work. Then wanted me to run the engine so it could do a crankshaft relearn which is impossible to do if I can crank the engine. That was the last I heard from anyone from customer service. It has been more that 30 days with no resolution.
Ordering was a breeze, explanations were handled well be Sheila. Delivery was timely and as expected.
I was about a month after delivery having it installed and fixed all my issues but one. I still have no injector pulse. Obd 2 gives cam sensor code. I cannot read the 37 pin connector so it is sitting line at a repair facility for further diagnosis. I tried 2 different cam sensors and results are the same. Either cam sensor wiring or no signal from pcm I think
Awesome people to deal with. They tested my unit before it was sent out and it did not past the test. They had to obtain a new unit which took way longer than I expected And when they finally got it, they still had to flash it and test it so it took about 3 weeks for me to get my item. But it worked well and again... I must say. Awesome people to talk to and deal with.

Paid for an ECU and was promised prompt delivery, after 2 weeks called several times and no response. Received an E Mail that said they had no cores and would reprogram ours. Sent it to i believe Florida and took a total of 4 weeks to get back. Needless to say the customer was not happy to wait 4 weeks for his vehicle. Also the first order included a ECU, and we had to send our ECU to get repaired. Shouldnt there be a discount for sending in our core?

Last computer we ordered did not work, had issues, sent back and after about 2-3 weeks it was sent back and still had issues. Gave up and purchased from another vendor. All is good now, expensive lesson on my part.

-CONSTANT lack of communication, last ECM took over 2.5 WEEKS to get, over promised and under delivered
-Shipping label created 2 weeks before being shipped, no tracking number, called multiple times and got multiple different ETA's, lots of "Um and I don't know" responses

I called and placed the order and the person on the phone was very helpful. I received it in a timely manner. Once it was installed, I had a locksmith reprogram the PCM and the keys. It is working fine.
