I did purchase 100 % silk scarf and received 100% polyster. Whole scheme is to full people and send crap from China.

J'ai aussi ete victime de cet ou ces escroc chinois. Dans un premier temps fruugo a estimé que le descriptif etait correct; Mais la declaration de douane à 6euros 50 eatait une preuve indeniable.
Merci à Fruugo pour le remboursement mais une action corrective sur les annonces est necessaire pour que d'autres clients ne se fasse pas pieger par cet escroc chinois.
Fruggo website say the goods arrived. Goods never arrived. Uncontactable with complaint. Out of pocket. Will never use again.

Fruugo gladly accepts my money but SADLY they don't deliver. 3 months since I placed my order. Worse on line service… STAY AWAY
Received not what I ordered. Took pictures per their request and told wasn't enough-6 pic should be enough. Therefore they can't give a refund,
Item wasn't cheap. Totally different to photo and description. Trustpilot reviews are fraudulent for this site
I ordered 3 pairs of gloves but recieved 3 single gloves, in picture they show clearley pair. Certanley this is a rip off
Delivery fees are ridiculous! Don't drink the koolaid! The product price may look good, but when you get to the delivery fees, they are very pricy.
Deception and bad business… possibly fraud ( pending). If part if the order I made with fruugo cannot be fill, fruugo needs to return my money directly… i did not order thru a 3rd party … i was not aware this was to be ordered thru a 3rd party.
I ordered from Fruugo. Return the money for the order that was cancelled by vendor directly. If Fruugo passed the order to a 3rd party, without my knowledge, Fruugo is held responsible.
Fruugo has no means to contact them directly… they just pass thru complaints from a pull down menu to the 3rd party they found for you item. If something goes wrong … Fruugo takes an irresponsible position… again bad business practices … possibly fraud ( pending).
It has been confirmed by the 3rd party - fraud involved. Here is a section of the email and they Fruggo kept a portion of the refund:

The second part of the order, got a fake tracking number - click and it goes to nowhere (dead end)

This has been going on for over a week now. At first i thought its local & hence ordered to later find out its not. Ordered 2 coiled charging cords under 1 order, received 1tracking number from 1 retailer other retailer sent an email same time with confirming order & ready to be shipped but no tracking number. I have sent pics of the courier received and 1 product from one retailer. Raised an enquiry its a nightmare getting an update or response for it. With no positive outcome as yet, their online GET HELP is a joke. After sending messages pertaining to the issue you receive an email sorry to here you did not receive your order to investigate can you send your address with zip/postcode, did that too and you still get similar email response vs anyone genuienuly trying to resolve the issue.
Wast of time for me but giving other a heads up to be aware and not to waste your time & money here. The one retailer "DOVEMA" product i received from was the only one who responded when enquiry was raised that he has checked from his end and order shows completed. I responded back to him positively in fact he was the one who suggested it might be from another retailer and asked me to check. Below is my message to them FRUGGO on their forum. BAD RETAILER STUFF ENOUGH
We are going around in circles very very time consuming & frustrating. If you can't help in sending me a simple update on my order not recieved and keep on sending idotic emails of message not delivered after sending it from your web page its pathetic. Can you please cancel my order and refund me my money or send me the product. A simple reply to this i would expect from your end is Yes we can refund you your money for the product not received or we are sending you the product and here is the tracking number. Can you do that. I would like to give my feed back to your bosses for such a shoddy job and customer experience.
My order never arrived and it was just a tiny piece of adapter. I waited and waited and never came. DO NOT MAKE ORDERS IN THIS COMPANY!
