I told you that you shouldn't hand deliver because she can't get to the door, but they sat outside for a long time until an aid saw them. They were still nice

When order was delivered a day later, the flowers were not very fresh. They only lasted 5 days! The picture on website looked much larger than what was delivered as well...a big disappointment.
Shopping was easy. The recipient told me it was 'a heck of a spread' and they liked it. They were very happy that they were home when it arrived because they live in Arizona and it was 100 degrees out.
I would certainly hope the delivery person would not have left it on the doorstep in that heat.

When I was placing my order, I didn't realize that I was not directly dealing with the florist. I would have preferred dealing with them directly instead of a go-between. Being that the one item I ordered was not available at this time of year, I actually contacted the florist directly to get something else in place of my original order. I did not actually see a phone number either for the florist that delivered my products. I had to get the number from the back of the envelope. Thus for future orders, I would contact the florist directly.
I ordered flowers for a new baby boy and there wasn't one blue flower in the bunch. It looked like an ordinary bouquet. I thought it would look like the picture with blue flowers.
Selection is excellent and the website is flawless and easy. I have a couple of friends who are ill and the flower selections are perfect to make their days bright and cheerful. I may send some to myself!
Flower arrangement was beautiful...Garden Gate Florist deliver it in a very timely fashion...we were not here so they left it by my front door and sent me a text message with a picture of it by my door. We communicated and they Knew it was delivered to me...Good Job!

Apparently there was a problem with the zip code I provided or the way it was read and 'fromyouflowers' went out of their way to correct it and find the right address and nearby florist. My niece received her flowers on the expected day and was delighted with them.

The promo code and price changed so I ended up only being able to order regular instead of deluxe and the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I specifically wanted blue flowers because that was what my father would have brought her for her birthday

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
