My husband used your services some time ago so I thought I'd order flowers. First order was beautiful and on time. Second time I ordered next day delivery, it was delivered 3 days later...
Then I got a $2.00 fees for a subscription I never asked for. 7 days later I got charge $19.00 for a subscription to your company to get discounted orders. I never asked for the subscription and to get automatically charged! So needless to say I cancelled your subscription and will no longer use your company... all for flowers I ordered paid for next day and they got delivered 3 days later...
