I placed the order, which wasn't actually for me. It was going to a co-worker. I spoke with her and she was thrilled. She said it had pink roses in it, and they were her favorite. She said it was a beautiful arrangement.

It was easy and price is quite fair
Before I tell you this story, I have been a From You Flowers customer for a while and I have never had a problem with them until this experience.
I specifically chose a flower arrangement that did not contain any roses because the person I was ordering them for is allergic. Due to "local availability and season" yellow roses were put in the arrangement. As a result, the person that I ordered these for was not able to enjoy them.
I contacted From You Flowers and told them what happened. They issued me a $** gift certificate to try and compensate me for the issue. I am still not happy with the outcome, but will live with it. And yes, I probably will use From You Flowers again in the future. I will just make sure to note that certain flower substitutions are not allowed.
My shopping experience was great; however, I expected the card that was delivered with the flowers was illegible. The message should have been typed and/or printed from the site to avoid this issue. The person to whom the flowers was delivered was disappointed in the poor handwriting. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the card, as some of the words in my message either totally illegible or omitted.

I sent flowers to a girl because I had messed up badly when I was at her house. Sparing you the details, when deciding between Regular/Deluxe/Premium options, guys you spare no expense especially if you aren't sure which to get. The way I see it; Regular is alright, Deluxe is Good, Premium you are really getting the point across!
It is also important for you to look up what the different flowers and colors mean, cause she probably already knows! Trusting the Florist is never a bad idea!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
