The website and customer service are great. But with my order I purchased the expedited delivery to have the flowers delivered by 1:30 that same day. Needless to say the florist was late and I had to all customer service at least 3 times until the flowers were finally delivered to a different address at 6:30pm. Customer service credited me back the expedited delivery fee and sent a $** gift cert. Just not sure if I'll use their service again. Plus the flowers wete a different color than the ones on the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
