A bit hard to cancel elements if you make a mistake. Otherwise, neat and comprehensive. Would prefer to see shipping charges shown earlier in the process. But the delivery service is faultless and the product was above expectation.

Was charged for expedited fee to guarantee delivery before noon, and the delivery was not made until past 330 pm. I contacted customer service, and was told would be refunded fee, still has not appeared as a refund.

The order was delivered an entire day late to our Grandson who at the age of 4 had his tonsils out. They were supposed to be delivered 'same day' and be at his house when he got home. We live 6 hrs. Away and couldn't be there. Not happy and I got only a 10% discount which doesn't amount to much considering.

My $** gift certificate code wouldn't work. I have never used this flower courier before so I no experiences good or bad to rate this site other than my failed gift certificate code. Hopefully the flowers arrive fresh and on-time. That's my main concern.

I was concerned about ordering online. I have heard horror stories about doing this, and I was pleasantly surprised about the result. The flowers were sent to my daughter at her work place and because they were so nice, she is going to use this florist for work orders.
