I called and talked with customer service and they are replacing the order. The 100 roses I ordered were not in very good condition when they arrived and did not look anything remotely as close and beautiful as the picture on the website. I will wait to see what the next replacement order looks like.

The bouquet was smaller than what it looks like in the website (I ordered the "deluxe" size and according to the website this size supposed to be similar to the size in the photo). In addition,the bouquet didn't come in a pink vase (like it supposed to be) but in a rather ordinary vase. Overall, the bouquet was less impressive than what it looks in the website.

I saw the flowers that I had sent last night and was dissapointed in the size of the arrangement. I have used this site several times because it is easy and delivers on time. I will re-think this though as I wonder if Pro-Flowers or a local florist would give a better arrangement for the $. The flowers were fresh and beautiful - the arrangement was just small for the $.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
