My only concern was the high cost of delivery.
Easy to shop online. The flowers were beautiful, but I had chosen the florist designed fall bouquet, and it doesn't look like fall at all in the picture that was sent to me following delivery.
After a not-so-stellar experience last time, I gave FromYouFlowers another shot. The customer service team and the local florist came through and put in extra effort to make the delivery! I will order from and recommend FYF from now on.

Little confusing on delivery person and billing person
The website was easy to use and there were alot of beautiful selections of flowers to choose from.
This was by far the most HORRIBLE experience I have ever with an online flower order.
The flowers were for my Mom's Birthday. I placed the order online. fromyouflowers.com took my order (with the sneaky after you give them your charge card info delivery fee added in), took my money and than proceeded to cancel the order on the day it was supposed to be delivered and refund my credit card because they were "unable to locate a florist able to complete your delivery on Sunday"
Why the He! Did you take my order if you couldn't send the flowers?
I called their customer service, TWICE, both agents told me fromyouflowers.com will NOT do anything to even try to make this right. However, I could place another order if I wanted.

The flowers were beautiful. My only complaint was with the amount you charged for delivery. Phila. Was too far away to the home of the recepient. If you had placed the order with a florist closer to the recepients home I could have saved some money.

Now that the flowers have been delivered I have additional comments. Your florist put a diaper pin with a pink bordered card with my message on it. It was for a WEDDING not a baby thing. If there was some question the florist should have been neutral.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
