This is my second shopping with From You Flowers. The first arrangement was met with much praise sent from PA to FL.
The sympathy arrangement I ordered should have had pink roses in it but when I visited the funeral home, the roses were replaced by pink star lilies. Not quite the same for the price of roses, but the arrangement did look very nice and I was pleased with the overall look.

I ordered a floral arraignment from this company for my anniversary and also used their expedited delivery option. They say within 4 hours and also guarantee it on their website. Well this was a horrible experience, the delivery arrived a shocking 5 hours late. When I called in to customer service the reps showed no empathy and did absolutely nothing to assist. I was told a different excuse every single time i called in. I would not recommend using fromyourflowers for any special occasion.

These flowers were for a death in the family. These were very nice and just as the picture showed, very lovely. Will do business with them again. The flowers that I received were delivered on time and for a great price. Unfortunately they were completely different from what I had ordered. I sent an email to customer services about the issue, and they gave me 20% off my order. This was nice, but the flowers that were delivered were not even close to what I ordered. I emailed again expressing my continued disappointment, and I was offered a replacement set of flowers. Fantastic! But that should have been the initial response when you heard that my order was completely wrong.

I received an email at 5:03 saying the flowers had been delivered, however, when I got to the funeral home at 6:00 they weren't there. They were delivered at 6:05 according to the funeral home.

I was promised a same day delivery. I placed my order before noon and was called around 5pm and advised that they could not deliver. They still charged me for same day delivery and didn't offer anything besides an apology. Had I known that they were not going to deliver same day, I would've placed my order elsewhere. I am not happy with their customer service and will never order from them again.
I love this site, everything I have sent to my inlaws in texas they have really enjoyed, any local (kansas) come from Dillions and that means old and wilted. But I still love this site and come back many many times through out the year

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
