What was delivered was beautiful but not what was advertised/ordered. I ordered a Fall Mum plant, picture showed it in a small basket. What was delivered was a dish garden with lovely plants/flowers; just not a fall mum?!

Everything was fine EXCEPT the delivery time. I paid for the expedited service to have them delivered before noon. They were not delivered until mid afternoon and after I called to inquire.

I love sending flowers to friends and family for their birthdays. What I don't like is the cost of shipping if the store is in the same city as the receiptiant. Other than that, it is great. Aftermath... the flowers were not delivered the same day. They were delivered the next day and were placed at the side of the home where the receicpiant did not see the flowers until the next morning. I received word from the receipiant and I then called your customer service. I was not happy with the condition of the flowers and the delivery. I do think I will use this service again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
