Order was delivered to the funeral home Friday afternoon.

By Saturday morning, when I first saw them, about 1/3 of the red roses in the fireside basket were drooping on their stems and I was disappointed in the arrangement.

The red roses and iris arrangement, however, was gorgeous.

I paid $*.** for a banner for the Funeral arrangement that should have said "With Deepest Sympathy". There was no banner as identified. I asked for the top "Premier" version and I found the arrangement skimpy at best. Felt uncomfortable at the wake with what was delivered.

This was my initial feedback: "Good so far. Just please deliver today without any issues."

There weren't any major delivery issues but I did pay an extra $* to have them delivered by 3pm. I received a call from your customer service saying the florist couldn't confirm that they would deliver by that time. They said they would try to deliver them before EOB at 5PM and they did. I just wish I would have known that and I would not have paid extra.

This was the first time I had used fromyouflower.com to send flowers to my Mom and she said they were much prettier and in better shape than the one's she had received in the past few times I've send them to her. Thank you.

Easy to navigate through the website. Flowers weren't what I ordered but were still pretty but much smaller than expected especially because I upgraded. I wasn't expecting it to be huge but it was very small for $**.
