The listed price for the flowers were reasonable but they add a $**.** service charge! Then on top of that I pain an additional $*.** for 4 hour delivery. So I paid close to $** for a very small bouquet. They delivered over two hours late! And all they offered to discount was the $*.**. In my opinion, if you can't deliver as GUARANTEED, it should be free! I won't be buying from them again.

Well...i had to do it twice for there was a glich in the system...I had to call the customer service to assure i wasnt getting charged twice...Other than that, so far do good...I have to wait until my mom receives flowers and see true results.

The difference between the picture on the website and the actual flower arrangement was significant. While I understand that local businesses fulfill the orders and work with what they have, for the price I paid I expected a little more.
