The price I picked was the regular **.** but when I got to the check out screen it said **.** and I could not go back to the beginning to see why it changed. There was no edit for the order, just for the delivery and billing information.
I would like to have been able to order an additional mylar balloon, but could only select one.
After seeing a picture of the flowers that were delivered, I was disappointed that the large yellow sunflowers that were in the picture were not in the flowers delivered. I am aware that substitutions need to be made at times, but the sunflowers were the reason we selected this particular arrangement. I was disappointed, but my daughter thinks the flowers are lovely.
They were for a friend who just came home from surgery. We both love purple. She just Loved them.

It was quick and easy to order online, and the basket arrived right on time. My only complaint is that the descriptions for what fruit goes into the baskets was a little vague, the pictured showed oranges but none were in the basket.
Everything went perfectly and cust service contacted me quickly when i had a concern.
I paid extra for delivery before noon. It arrived at 12:45pm.

I loved the arrangement. It was very well put together, however it was not the colors it showed in the picture and that was the whole reason I chose this arrangement. Also, I paid the extra $*.** to insure that the flowers would be received by noon, but they weren't delivered until almost 2pm, so the intended recipient wasn't there. The florist then left a "tag" on the door letting her know to call for re delivery which totally ruined the surprise. They did credit me back the $*.** though since it wasn't delivered on time. Overall, not too bad of an experience but it definitely could have been better.

The only thing I wish there had been a more bold notice of is the handling fee of **.**. I am excited to see what kind of specials, discounts, and seasonal flowers you will be selling in the future. The flowers my friend received were so fresh! I'm happy about the overall experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
