The shipping was to high, but the main problems was the look of the arrangement. I was embarressed to have it at my uncle's funeral. I could have taken flowers and stuck them in an old brown basket for nothing, because that is what it looked like. Plus they were supposed to have american flags, and did not. I was just very upset about this. I called customer service and the rep I spoke to Jordon said well we can refund you 20%, I said no and to please let me speak to a suppervisor. Spoke with Debbie, and she said she was very very sorry and that she would credit 50% back to the card and send a $**.** gift card. That was appreciated,but still wont fix the comments that people made about the arrangement, that is what was embarrasing. Thank you for your time.

Very disappointed, my mother never received the flower, but no one bother to call me or your representative to inform us that they were lost, which it doesn't make sense, I had to call to find out what happen, I did cancel my order since the delivery was not going to happen til the next day, it missed the purpose why I was sending flower, I was upset and disappointed and regret choosing your website.

Ordered an arrangement to congratulate a coworker on her new baby boy. I requested same day delivery around 11am and she received the flowers in four hours. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by noon yesterday. They were not delivered until around 4:30 p.m. Please refund the extra amount I paid for expedited delivery.
The handing service fees need to exposed at the beginning or be included in the price or delivery fees. I was not planning on paying any extra $**.** until at the end of check out when I see that as handling/services.
I ordered predominately sunflowers with contrasting purple iris. The delivery was one sunflower with multiple, cheap mixed flowers. Totally not what I ordered or paid for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
