I paid for morning delivery and it did not come till 3pm. When I called about it. I was brushed off and told "Oh we will credit the extra fee you paid". This order was for my Goddaughters 30th birthday, as a surprise for her first thing in the morning.Not only did it come late but I had to ruin the surprise to arrange her to be home to receive them. I can't get that special morning over again. I feel my concerns were not met with empathy nor consideration for repeat business.

My great nephew was admitted to a children's hospital in N.Y. Early afternoon. I live in FL. & I wanted him to have some colorful balloons & a teddy bear shortly after he arrived.
After trying several sites to do just that-I was informed that they had a 1:00 p.m. cut off-well it was 2:00 when I wanted to order them. I was so grateful that www.fromyouflowers.com was able to get them to him as they had a 3:00 cut off time.
The balloons & teddy bear were in his room by 4:30!
Now that is service-WOW!

P.s. They did take away his LATEX balloons (due to children being allergic)that I ordered & said he could only keep the MYLAR Balloons-so you may want to put a note on your website for future orders for Children's Hosp.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
