I loved all of the choices that were available...it was actually hard to choose. I sent the package to a friend to congratulate her on a huge accomplishment and she was very excited to get it. We added a stuffed animal that on other sites would've only been 9 or 10 dollars (we did a small one) and the small one being 15 dollars on this site was a little much for me but we did it anyways for the occasion. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and I think that I expected it to be a little bigger considering I paid for the larger arrangement. Since I can't see it first hand it's hard to judge it...but it did seem to be more of a regular or medium size and not the super size. That was my biggest issue with the whole process.

Great timing and product but a little expensive.
Prices kept changing each time I pulled something up and if needing to edit the card included I then had to re-enter all info again after that.
Also when the received the order that all of the stuff that was listed in the original description was in the arrangement. However they personally said that they did like them, however in my personal opinion on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say it looked like the description 6/7.

Based off my previous experience, (above) I made another purchase for my grandmother's birthday. Overall, I ordered 2 dozen roses that looked nothing like the picture online. However, It was a surprise, they arrived in good timing, and granny liked the gesture.

It depends on how everything goes since this is our first order with your company. However, being local, the plants and flowers were fresher and the same day delivery was a lifesaver!

This was flowers sent to my sister for her Birthday. She loved the flowers. The service was excellent and using the site was very easy.
The flowers were beautiful and close to what was pictured but the reason I chose this arrangement was because of the teacup and saucer. Instead the flowers were in a mug. Still pretty but not what I wanted.
I was a littled disappointed that the flowers were not exactly what I ordered on the site but, contacted customer experience and they worked it out!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
