Flowers were to be delivered before 12noon.paided extra $*.** to speed up delivery...received flowers around 345pm.called cust service.they refunded *.** back to cc but was not very helpfull or sincere about the lateness of birthday flowers...

The flowers that I have ordered, on 2 occasions, were beautiful. However, neither order was delivered on the day that I requested. I was not given notice that there was a problem. I had to find that out for myself.
While the flowers were beautiful and the prices reasonable, delivering on the day that I request is very important. I am not sure that i will order from them again.

The flowers ordered were delivered in Colorado. I did get an email confirmation with the time they were delivered, and a phone call later in the evening from my mother thanking me. She really enjoyed the arrangement as it contained "different" flowers, which anything off the beaten path is just right for her! Thanks for helping make her day brighter!
