Quick, easy, and the most affordable.
Prices aren't that great and your shipping is outrageous. Only reason I ordered was because I was in a hurry. My order arrived later than the posted time. I ordered the premium package and when it arrived it looked like the simple package. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was in the picture. I told customer service and they said their page says they can manipulate the order depending on the season. I understand that, but it was completely different. The vase was supposed to be clear not orange. I had to argue back and forth and finally they gave me half off my purchase. Between shipping and the price of the flowers I still spent $**.** on something I could've got from fry's for $**.** and that was after they refunded me my $**.**. If you want to order overpriced flowers and not even get what you ordered than shop here. I have ordered a bunch of flowers from proflowers.com and have never had any problems. Hopefully this review helps someone save there hard earned money and not blow it on this joke of a company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
