BEWARE: FromYouFlowers will sell your information to ValueMags who will sign you up for magazine subscriptions without your permission. A very inappropriate magazine came in the mail which my kids saw. After I called the magazine, they informed me valuemags signed me up. When I contacted them, they told me FromYouFlowers had included it with my purchase. The practices of these companies as well as the magazines that use them are just plain wrong.

The flowers were bought as same day and were delivered the next day's evening, which was a hassle for my friend who had to change her schedule to stay home for many hours because I was never given a timeline about when they would actually show up. Wish I'd chosen another company who could follow their delivery guarantees or at least be open about when things would happen. The online site was easy to order from, but honestly that doesn't matter if the actual exchange or services is flawed. Would not recommend.
I appreciated the quick service and high quality of the flowers. I did feel that the service fee amount should have wen made clear earlier in the process. It came as a surprise to have to add $** dollars to the order total for delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
