I have done several orders and I have been very happy with all my orders
I do not like that I am charged a $**.** handling fee AND a $*.** same day fee and I am not told this on the front end. I probably will not use the service again for this reason. My delivery was not available same day, the rep that contacted me was courteous, helpful and made sure I was satisfied.

I can only guess that the flowers arrived at the funeral home. It would be nice to get a confirmation of delivery along with a photo of the delivered product. I could not find the display at the funeral home, so I can only guess and hope that they were delivered.
The website was easy to use and pretty straightforward. The pricing was reasonable as well. However, I asked that these flowers be delivered to a relative at work before noon since she was leaving at that time - it was for her birthday. I even paid extra for them to deliver the flowers in the morning. But even so, they didn't arrive in time and she had left before they arrived. Since she was leaving to catch a flight I lost my chance to surprise her. As you could imagine, I was extremely disappointed. They did however reimburse me fully with minimal hassle, so I was at least satisfied with that part.

Flowers were not worth the price paid
Ordering was easy and the checkout was seamless - I ordered Thanksgiving flowers for my daughter and her new husband on their first Thanksgiving together and she received them the day I had asked for them to be delivered. She sent me a picture and it was a beautiful arrangement - delivery was a little pricey but understandable since local flower stores do the delivering. Good experience and will order from them again -
Your website could be improved to some degree. If you make a mistake and advance to the next page, but want to go back and change something, it clears EVERYTHING from the fields that you have already entered (card message, billing and delivery info, etc). I had to re-enter my information 3 times to complete my purchase.

I have used your flower site several times to send flowers to senior members of our church. Each recipient has been very pleased with their floral arrangements. Even though I have never seen these arrangements, I am please because they are pleased so I thank you for the service you provide.
I was so pleased that I was able to place my order and have it delivered on the same day! Even more impressive- I did it all on a Sunday! Everything was delivered and the bouquet was beautiful! Exactly how the site pictured it. The only thing (and I'm really nit-picking here) was that the price on the site is about 20 dollars less than what you actually pay. So whatever the price of the bouquet add about 20 dollars to it. Which is STILL way more affordable than every other flower site I found. Overall awesome experience, would reccomend to anyone :)
Didn't Expect A $** Handling Fee
I paid $* to guarantee delivery before noon. The flowers came to her middle afternoon. I called and got reimbursed but it was truly disappointing my daughter didn't get her gift as guaranteed...before noon. If you can do something to help flower stores keep their promises...that would be good. Next time I will bypass your service and call a person working in a flower store and get a verbal agreement with a flesh and blood person, rather than an impersonal web-page.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
