Although the flowers were very, very pretty, they did not include the candles that were show in the picture - and the flowers were in a very different shape - not conducive for a table centerpiece. However, the assortment of flowers and color selection was beautiful.
I was shopping around yo get the best price. After I checked back a little later in the day they had sent me an email with free shipping so of course I placed my order here it was an decision!
The people I I have sent flowers to have raved about them. Apparently a great product at reasonable prices. I just haven't seen them myself! Maybe I should send myself flowers! Hahaha

Quick and easy way to send someone flowers; like the fact there are several arrangements and color combinations available and deliverable that day!
This site has beautiful arrangements for every occasion. The only complaint I have is there should be a spot for the recipient's phone number. This way the driver can call if they have any delivery issues. Everything else was great!

Flowers looked fresh and were well arranged.
It was not clear at the beginning of the process what the processing charge was over 14 dollars. If I had known I might have compared offers elsewhere.
Also the automatic tick on a more urgent delivery could have been missed by me adding 4 dollars to the price that I did not need.
As buyer from the UK I had to scroll through the list of States to find 'other' at the end. It was not clear that this option was there. As I know it is there I can order flowers for my family in Texas from the UK. You might want to make that clearer as people from other countries would then use the site seeing the option.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
