Excellent experience but since the flowers are going to a rural address I am always concerned of missed delivery. I had made a note on the order and asked that the flowers be taken around to the backdoor. The delivery person was excellent and my elderly mother was thrilled. The only flaw was a delivery at 730pm and she was startled! Thanks for making her birthday special.
The gift basket was ok but didn't seem to be filled with as much fruit as shown on the pic...one pineapple & not as many pieces of other fruit but I don't know the exact amount. Also, the website offered same day delivery but charged me $*.** to deliver the same day & I placed the order at 8:30...way before the 3pm cut off time! This was my second time ordering this basket...don't know it will be a third!
The flowers that were delivered were very nice I'm told but they were not as pictured. Was supposed to have green ornaments and had NO ornaments.
