I needed these flowers delivered " same day " for a VERY sudden wake, I ordered them at 1:00 pm and they were there, as pictured. As promised, before 5:30 that same day. So nice to have that kind of service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
