I've ordered from this site a couple times before, and have always had success. But this time the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It didn't even have the same flowers. I chose the flowers I did because my mothers favorite flowers are pink roses, and I also chose it because it had purple in it and both her and I love purple. She received a bouquet with zero pink roses and no purple flowers. Instead it had stargazer lilies and some pine tree branch things.
I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today before 12:00 PM and it is 1:00 PM and still no flowers. I contacted them and their excuse was that they are very busy and will try to get the order out before the business closes. I asked about their "Guarantee that flowers would be delivered in the selected time frame", I was told they would refund the $4.99 expedited fee... very frustrating! I have ordered from them in the past and never had an issue but this is an awful experience!

I like the choices, I like the discounts you give but I think the shipping is a little high. I sent this order as a thank you for some excellent customer service and I have no way of seeing what they got (another city). Might be a lot of work, but it would be nice to have a photo of what the florist choice ended up being. Otherwise, I like this site.

The company added some white tulips to the design that were not in the picture and that did not add anything to the design. They just looked haphazard. The grass that they added would have been ok if they had just not added the tulips.

The flowers were beautiful just as pictured and described. I thought they were pricey but checking other sites that is the going rate. I ordered the chocolates too and would be happier with a smaller box of better quality chocolates, perhaps Godiva or Sees brand.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
