Saw the flowers at our Aunt's home. They looked just like pictured-beautiful! She said everyone at her retirement pats. Ooh'd and why'd when they saw them get delivered. Nice job!
This was my first time ordering with your company. I paid the extra money to have the flowers delivered by noon, flowers were not delivered until 3:30. I did contact customer service and they refunded my $*.** but that still does not cover the person having to suspend their plans for the day to wait for the delivery. The flowers that were delivered was a little disappointing, they added so much greenery that it over took the flowers that were in the arrangement. I know that you never get the flowers that are shown online but you should at least get close to what you have ordered.

The pricing was not as displayed. It went from 29 to 51 I never saw the 51 until i pressed enter. I believe that's not very clear of the website. I don't know if I'll trust the prices again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
