The store attempted to deliver the flowers at 2pm but the recipient wasn't there. I got contacted by the company to let me know. The store delivered the flowers again later that evening and my friend confirmed she received it all.

It'd be nice to know there's a fifteen dollar service charge at some point rather than the second before completing the order. I'd really love to trade a ten dollar magazine subscription I don't want for the money.
When the flowers did come, they were not what I asked for. The picture showed two white lilies, and what arrived was some other, much more feminine fuchsia flower. This was for an older man, so I chose a basket of all plants with some tasteful, white, masculine-friendly flowers, and this is hot pink.
I would have liked to see the shipping charge before making my selection.

The flowers were actually sent to Arizona. I'm in California. I hope the flowers got delivered on time. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the price was good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
