The site needs a face lift. Searching wasn't fun. But the flowers are affordable and similar to more expensive sites.
I've already contacted customer service and a refund was applied for the balloons that were never delivered. Though there was an apology in the email, it doesn't do anything to make me feel like I'm a valued customer. I probably won't return to purchase anything again since my mother received an incomplete order. I'm still waiting to get a picture of what was delivered to make sure she even got the right stuff! I'm disappointed in this experience.

I became a tad frustrated - I purchased a $**.** Gift Certificate that I planned to use. The site did not accept it,causing me to have to order in the future. After calling, the customer service, the Gift Certificate remains unused. Very frustrating to the customer.

My first time ordering through you. I have had bad experiences from others so I am anxious to experience your delivery practices.
Placed order at 6am, picked item for same day delivery and paid for delivery before noon. Wife left work at 3 flowers for our anniversary never arrived. I called company at 1 when they werent there your company said checked with florist on truck should be there before 3. Didnt come. Called your company at 4 and they said they couldnt do anything till driver came back. Called nect day to say florist never delivered. Asked if they could deliver and told them i had stated she was off work for the week. Florist delivered next day to house claimed it was your companies fault and should order direct and not thru you. Someone was lying if your rep said it was on truck yet florist said didnt get order.
The 15 dollars at the end is a lot to surprise people with at the end of a purchase. Some more clarity of the true price would be appreciated.

Ordering process could be a little clearer. Cannot comment until I see how the flowers compare with the photo and how well the delivery service works. Otherwise, so far, so good. The bad is that shipping costs are exhorbitant. I wouldn't have ordered without the discount but still think they are very high.
I indicated that I would like delivery before noon, however, the gift was not received by my mother until almost 2:00 p.m.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
