The picture that was shown was far from what was delivered. I even upgraded for $**.** she received 3 roses and 3 carnations in a sad arrangement. I was so embarrassed. It looked like I sent some cheap $**.** arrangement. It was horrible.

Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other sites. Although, in this instance, the local florists were unable to complete same day delivery. FYF notified me and offered to enhance the gift basket with more fruit and send an apology with it for the late delivery. Customer service was very good.

The actual website was fine and the company very helpful. After placing my order, I received a call stating that my order could not be delivered the same day after all but would be delivered that Monday (this was Sat.) I said that was fine. However, the flower delivery was not actually attempted until that following Tuesday and then not actually delivered until that following Thursday. That was 5 days after the originally promised "same day" delivery. Since it was contracted out to a local florist, I don't believe the company should ever use that florist again! It was ridiculous! My sister received her "birthday" flowers, 5 days after her birthday!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
