DO NOT USE! I would rate NO stars, but they have to have at least one. Horrible experience. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her office. Paid for the "upgrade" of additional flowers in the arrangement, but she received literally only FOUR flowers in the arrangement! Paid for a special pink texture glass vase, but she received a plain run of the mill "grocery store" clear glass vase. Called and got all of 30% refunded - WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Don't fall for their 5 star rating on THEIR SITE - cannot be true! Ruined the birthday flowers!
I was disappointed and felt tricked to go through the entire process thinking that I am getting such a great deal only to find an additional service charge of $**.** added to the order at the end. If you are going to charge a service charge, be honest about it and say so in the beginning!

Great selection, easy site to navigate, After seeing the selection in person I was a little disappointed in the size for the price. Now the container was nice and flowers were fresh and nicely arranged I was a little disappointed in the dipped carnation would have preferred the solid red and white flowers as in the picture display. I realize all flowers are not always available and florist have to use what is on hand Shem same day expedited delivery is required. Overall satisfied and was very pleased you were able to make the timely delivery.
