My order was called in at 12:00am the night before the funeral. Delivery needed to be the next morning. I couldn't believe they were delivered before the 10 o'clock service. The flowers were outstanding as reported by my relatives that attended the funeral. The charge was reasonable. Easy check out. I would recommend this site to my relatives and friends. The online shopping portion of my experience was satisfactory. However, I would prefer they list any delivery/service fees BEFORE you get to the last submission page. I was not at all happy with the actual product. It did not look anything like the picture, and I paid the 'Deluxe' cost. It was extremely sloppy in presentation and no where worth the money I paid for it. Being an anniversary gift, there was no point in getting a replacement since the day is gone and past as well as the surprise.
The flowers we delivered on time. They were fresh. The only issue was the vase it seemed cheap. Other wise I was satified.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
