I paid $*.** for before noon delivery, but the flowers were not delivered before noon. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Loved the selection.
Flowers weren't the freshest with some browning on the lower petals of the white mums. The arrangement was basically mums and carnations which was somewhat disappointing. Picture showed some lillies and roses but ad did state florist's choice. Sent as a gift and wished I had ordered a different product for recepient. Actually looked inexpensive like a grocery store arrangement.
Service/handling charge is ridiculous. Hidden charges should be more upfront. Doesn't show until the end.
Expensive shipping cost and it's not easy to edit the delivery date. I got emails after for discounts. It would have been nice if they had been available prior to ordering. Also, the arrangement delivered to my mom today is not the one I ordered - it is a nice one but not the specific one I selected for her. That is both disappointing and dishonest, especially when the website clearly stated that the one I selected is available daily.

In the past couple of months I have ordered several bouquets and I have been very pleased with the delivery time, and how beautiful the flowers are! So nice to be able to look at a bouquet and order it and have it be almost exactly the same as the picture!
Easy site to use. Handy, quick, and reasonably priced. The flowers were sent to my niece, who is in the hospital and she absolutely loved them. I ordered them on a Thursday evening and she received them on Friday afternoon. Great service, great price. I will be using them again!

It was quick. However, when it waived the shipping, it took away the discount originally on the flowers. I had to call an associate and was told that when the shipping is waived, the discount is no longer valid. Still, after checking all the other flower websites, fromyouflowers was the best deal.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
