Shopping on your site is like bait and switch. I had to place an order for more money than I wanted to spend for a Saturday delivery, but then the order was delivered on a Thursday which was 3 days earlier than I had requested. That is very upsetting!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
