This is the second time I have specifically ordered this arrangement for my mom who loves BLUE (BLUE is the main name in the arrangement) abd there was NO BLUE flowers in the arrangement again. You either have a color blind person at the florist or they just don't care! PURPLE IS NOT BLUE! Seriously, if you advertise abd name an arrangement with Blue in the name, the customer expects BLUE!

The second delivery was much better than the first. The flowers looked healthier and the vessel was more in line with the color of the arrangement. Much happier.
Shopping was easy online :) My sister-in-law loved it! My mother-in-law thought it was a real cake. The only complaint I have is that there were some fake flowers in it and for the price I was expecting all the flowers to be real.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
