I was asked to call for verification. I understand that they're trying to protect me from credit card fraud but I was passed on from one person to the next. It was frustrating. My friend loved the flowers so that was a good thing.
My father sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked awful. I could have bought flowers at a grocery store for $10 that would have looked nicer. I am incredibly disappointed and was embarrassed and aggravated that I spent so much money in such an empty and awful looking arrangement.

My sister received a horrible arrangement that looks NOTHING like the arrangement that I had selected! Not even the same flowers (the ones I had chosen are my sisters favorite) and the container that the arrangement was sent in was totally incorrect. Why post pictures of arrangements online fir people to select if you are just going to send out any crappy arrangement you feel like! I will never order from you again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
