This company is a joke. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend this company to anyone. The flowers were delivered 3 days after the date they were suppose to be delivered. The website says same day deliveries which does not happen nor does it happen the next day. The shipping is at their convenience not as the paying customer asked for. The occasion was missed and it made me feel stupid for being so late... long story short. I will never order from this company again. Good Luck

I know that they were delivered but not sure how they looked. That's what is hard when you order online, have no idea what they will look like, would like to get a picture prior to delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
