Usually after an order is fulfilled. I only am given a week for any credit I may have earned.

This company is a joke. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend this company to anyone. The flowers were delivered 3 days after the date they were suppose to be delivered. The website says same day deliveries which does not happen nor does it happen the next day. The shipping is at their convenience not as the paying customer asked for. The occasion was missed and it made me feel stupid for being so late... long story short. I will never order from this company again. Good Luck

I had a few issues with the vase and the color selected as well as the balloons I ordered that was not delivered. I also paid for the premium flowers and did not receive it.
I also had to contact customer service a few times to get the problems rectified.
