The flowers are gorgeous, but I had issues with delivery. Given the price I paid I expected excellent service. My flowers were delivered a day late (after my mother's birthday) after I received an email saying they would take off $3 for the delay. Seriously?!? After contacting customer service and complaining I was able to receive a 20% refund (that I'm still waiting to be credited to my account). I wouldn't recommend their next day delivery service. If you need to make a deadline, you may want to order at least 3-4 days in advance. After this experience I won't be using them again.

I ordered online and gave a contact phone number for me if there were questions. I received an e-mail that the flowers were delivered. It was to be a surprise for someone. When I contacted the person, she said nothing was delivered. I immediately called customer service and was told the florist was closed but they would call them in the morning and that I would receive a 50% refund for my inconvenience. The next day, I received a phone call from the local florist that the flowers could not be delivered because the address was a golf course. The address the florist had differed from the one I submitted. Finally, the flowers were delivered however it spoiled the surprise for me because the recipient now knew about the flowers instead of being surprised. In the end, I received a $5 credit, no where near the 50% I was told on the phone. I most likely will not use this service again. This was my third time using this service. The first time everything was fine. The second time I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. This third time with the mix up was not good customer service in my book. Why wasn't I contacted when the local florist couldn't find the house? Why was it the next day after I had to call to ask where the flowers were? Why did I receive an e-mail saying the flowers were delivered when obviously they were not? This process really needs to be reviewed so that this does not happen to someone else in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to share my opinion and to explain the problem. I understand that mistakes happen but disappointment could have been avoided, and the surprise not taken out of it, if I was contacted the same day that they did not have the correct address for delivery.
I had a discounted price when I began checkout. Not anymore! I seem to have lost my discount now that I am actually paying.
The flower was beautiful but it didn't come on time. I paid extra for it to come on time. I was very disappointed. I also put what time the service will be but it came after the service.

The order was placed and supposed to be delivered the same day (16th) your representative indicated that you would refund 20% of the cost since the delivery was not made untill the next day (17th) which I have yet to see back in my account, and when it was delivered the recipient was not there. I am not one to complain about small things because life is too short for that but since you sent out the survey I am happy to oblige, thanks for taking the time, other than that the arrangement was beautiful we loved it.
My friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer said these made her feel happy and means life is worth living.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
