I'm glad I was able to get basically a same day delivery of flowers for my occasion. I will use flowers.com for my next flower purchase as well.
Everything went great. Delivery was fast and the flowers were beautiful. The only thing that surprised me was the flower price went from $19.99 with a same day delivery charge, to $40 with all the service and handling, same day delivery fees and tax. I just didn't expect it to go from $19.99 to $40.00. I expected to pay $25 to maybe $30 at most. Maybe I missed any list mentioning all the fees that would've been added to the total.

The flower were a big hit. I used my credit which made the flowers more affordable.
Delivery was attempted same day as requested. However, DELIVERY WAS NOT RECEIVED, even though fromyouflowers emailed a message saying it was. Problem was delivery person needed to pass through a security gate... when gate guard tried to reach intended recipient, to get approval, the party was not home.
When, later in the day, I asked recipient if she received flowers. She said no. She then had to follow up with a phone call... she was then told she had to drive to a location, the next day, to pick up the flowers... which she did.
I am not happy about this occurrence and would expect some refund would be offered to correct the problem and maintain goodwill. KINDLY CONTACT fromyouflowers WITH THIS INFORMATION REGARDING MY ORDER.
The service worked well to send flowers for a birthday to friends in the Atlanta area.
