First time, we'll see how the delivery and such go. I'm sure it will be fine! Update: My sister received the gift I sent to her of these flowers, in another state. I was happy that I ordered it just the day before and it was no problem to get them to her on time for her birthday.

I ordered the flowers for an anniversary and paid for same day delivery, later that day I was informed that the delivery was pushed off until the next day. I would have canceled but did not see an option. I never received a delivery confirmation until hours after the delivery and when they were delivered it was the flowers in a vase just sitting on the steps, no box no wrapping just a sitting there, I'm Just glad that it wasn't windy that day. Definitely will no be using you again.

You can't offer low prices on the front page and then say there's a higher minimum requirement later on. 'Flowers Under $30' looks great until the very end of the checkout when you then tell me there's a $45 minimum. It's a classic bait and switch. But my mother loved the flowers!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
