QUICK & CONVENIENT.
I ordered a bright autumn floral arrangement with yellow sunflowers. Delivered was some spring color flower with nothing yellow or autumn colors in the arrangement. It reminded me of a funeral flowers with all the carnations and other flowers in the arrangement.
You should add the handling fee with the price so I don't have to transfer more money in the middle of a transaction because the cost went up $15.
The recipient received it the day she was supposed to receive it I never got a confirmation that it was received! So I called and they Resubmitted it and they didn't seem to understand that after I talked to them I texted the recipient and she got it!

Flowers weren't delivered till 4 PM after which I contacted customer service through chat. Not sure if it was a coincidence but at the time of chatting with the CSR, the flowers showed up. Disappointed that birthday flowers were delivered only in the evening, when most of the day was over.
The price was a little high for the flowers received. The recipient liked them overall and that is what mattered. The florist stayed mostly true to the image online.

And then the flowers weren't delivered to the right person. The neighbors messaged me to say it was delivered to their house. What a fiasco. The recipient asked who sent them so she could be sure not to ever use you. What a bummer!

I ordered gift for my daughter,I live in New South Wales Australia,I ordered online and the order arrived at my daughter's appartment in Chicago on time as requested. It's a wonderful service and I will definately be using this again.i recommend it to all.
Service was postponed 2 days. Made it late for the special occasion. Pretty disappointing to contact via email when it was to late to find an alternative. Not a great process.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
