Delivery was a day later than requested and confirmed. Called late on scheduled date and was told flowers were out for delivery. Called at noon the next day and was told they were delivered, but weren't. Flowers finally arrived about 5 pm that second day, a day after birthday 'surprise'.

The flowers arrived on time. They were wrapped securely and arrived in beautiful condition. They have lasted well, and look beautiful!
The flowers were left on the porch in the sun in 80 degree weather. A voicemail was left with me (which I received 30 minutes later), so I had to drive to my friends house to get the flowers for her, so they wouldn't be completely ruined. Another florist was waiting there to deliver a plant, which I accepted on behalf of my friend, and the florist said she would definitely call about those flowers to either be replaced or completely refunded because a florist should not leave a delivery unless given permission. After contacting from you flowers, they only offered 25% back and an apology from the florist. It was a total of $70 I spent with s&H and taxes. I am very disappointed by this service and will not use them again.

Arrangement was half the size of the picture. I was disappointed in the size for the price I paid.
Confusing but ok. The flowers that were in the picture that I ordered for my granddaughter looked nothing like the flowers she received. Flowers looked like they were just thrown in a vase. I was very disappointed with the flowers. My granddaughter had surgery and I couldn't be with her. I thought these flowers would brighten up her day. She loves sunflowers so I chose an arrangement with sunflowers in it. For the price I paid and how they looked when they were delivered I was very disappointed in my purchase. I sent you pictures of your flowers and the ones that were delivered. You can see the difference for yourself.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
